# Instellingsbesluit baten-lastendienst Agentschap SZW

### Artikel 1

**1.** Aan het Agentschap SZW te 's-Gravenhage wordt de status van baten-lastendienst als bedoeld in artikel 10, eerste lid, van de Comptabiliteitswet 2001, verleend.

**2.** De tenaamstelling van de baten-lastendienst komt te luiden: baten-lastendienst Agentschap SZW.

### Artikel 2

Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van 1 januari 2003.

### Artikel 3

Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Instellingsbesluit baten-lastendienst Agentschap SZW.
