# Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en het Koninkrijk Zweden betreffende het afzien van de vergoeding van de uitkeringen aan werklozen

### Artikel 1

The reimbursement of the costs of unemployment benefits provided by institutions of one State on behalf of those of the other State as laid down in Article 69, paragraph 1 and Article 70, paragraph 1 of the Regulation shall be mutually waived on the basis of the provision of Article 70, paragraph 3 of the Regulation.

### Artikel 2

**1.** This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date on which the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Kingdom of Sweden have notified each other in writing of the completion of their respective legal or constitutional procedures required for the entry into force of this Agreement.

**2.** The provisions of this Agreement shall be applied on unemployment benefits paid according to certificates E 303 with date of departure 1 January 2002 or later.

### Artikel 3

This Agreement will be concluded for an unlimited period of time. Any of the Contracting Parties can terminate this Agreement by notification in writing to the other Contracting Party at least three months before the end of the calendar year; the Agreement shall then remain in force until the end of that calendar year.
