### Artikel I

Wijzigt het Besluit Gedragstoezicht financiële ondernemingen Wft.

### Artikel II

Wijzigt het Besluit prudentiële regels Wft.

### Artikel III

Wijzigt het Besluit Markttoegang financiële ondernemingen Wft.

### Artikel IV

Wijzigt het Besluit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.

### Artikel V

Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin het wordt geplaatst.

### Artikel VI

Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Implementatiebesluit wijziging richtlijn icbe’s.
