# Wijzigingsbesluit Besluit diëtist, ergotherapeut, logopedist, mondhygiënist, oefentherapeut, orthoptist en podotherapeut en Besluit functionele zelfstandigheid (wijziging opleiding en deskundigheidsgebied mondhygiënist)

### Artikel I

Wijzigt het Besluit diëtist, ergotherapeut, logopedist, mondhygiënist, oefentherapeut, orthoptist en podotherapeut.

### Artikel II

Wijzigt het Besluit functionele zelfstandigheid.

### Artikel III

Degene aan wie ingevolge artikel 14 van het Besluit diëtist, ergotherapeut, logopedist, mondhygiënist, oefentherapeut, orthoptist en podotherapeut, zoals dit luidde voor de inwerkingtreding van dit besluit, het recht is toegekend de titel van mondhygiënist te voeren, behoudt dit recht.

### Artikel IV

Dit besluit treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip.
