# Wijzigingsbesluit financiële markten 2012

### Artikel I

Wijzigt het Besluit bekostiging financieel toezicht.

### Artikel II

Wijzigt het Besluit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.

### Artikel III

Wijzigt het Besluit definitiebepalingen Wft.

### Artikel IV

Wijzigt het Besluit Gedragstoezicht financiële ondernemingen Wft.

### Artikel V

Wijzigt het Besluit melding zeggenschap en kapitaalbelang in uitgevende instellingen Wft.

### Artikel VI

Wijzigt het Besluit prudentiële regels Wft.

### Artikel VII

Wijzigt het Besluit toezicht financiële verslaggeving.

### Artikel VIII

Dit besluit treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip, dat voor de verschillende artikelen of onderdelen daarvan verschillend kan worden vastgesteld.

### Artikel IX

Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Wijzigingsbesluit financiële markten 2012.
