# Wijzigingsbesluit financiële markten 2018

### Artikel I

Wijzigt het Besluit Gedragstoezicht financiële ondernemingen Wft.

### Artikel II

Wijzigt het Besluit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.

### Artikel III

Wijzigt het Besluit financiële markten BES.

### Artikel IV

Wijzigt het Besluit bijzondere prudentiële maatregelen, beleggerscompensatie en depositogarantie Wft.

### Artikel V

Dit besluit treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip, dat voor de verschillende artikelen of onderdelen daarvan verschillend kan worden vastgesteld.

### Artikel VI

Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Wijzigingsbesluit financiële markten 2018.
