# Instellingsbesluit Justitiële ICT Organisatie

### Artikel 1

**1.** Er wordt een agentschap ingesteld, waarvan de naam komt te luiden: Justitiële ICT Organisatie.

**2.** Aan het agentschap Justitiële ICT Organisatie wordt de status van baten-lastenagentschap als bedoeld in artikel 2.20 van de Comptabiliteitswet 2016, verleend.

### Artikel 2

Dit besluit treedt in werking op 1 januari 2022.

### Artikel 3

Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Instellingsbesluit Justitiële ICT Organisatie.
