### Artikel I

Wijzigt het Besluit melding zeggenschap en kapitaalbelang in uitgevende instellingen Wft.

### Artikel II

Wijzigt het Besluit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.

### Artikel III

Wijzigt het Besluit openbare biedingen Wft.

### Artikel IV

Dit besluit treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip.

### Artikel V

Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Implementatiebesluit wijziging richtlijn transparantie.
