# Besluit gebiedsvaststelling bestrijding infectieuze coryza en Salmonella Gallinarum (PPE) 2009

### Artikel 1

In het gebied aangegeven op de kaart in de bijlage is de aanwezigheid van infectieuze coryza of Salmonella Gallinarum vastgesteld.

### Artikel 2

**1.** Dit besluit kan worden aangehaald als: Besluit gebiedsvaststelling bestrijding infectieuze coryza en Salmonella Gallinarum (PPE) 2009.

**2.** Dit besluit wordt gepubliceerd in het Verordeningenblad Bedrijfsorganisatie en treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na publicatie.
