Vaststelling van percentages, bedragen en inkomensklassen ingevolge de ### Artikel 1 De rentevaste periode, bedoeld in artikel 23 van de Wet bevordering eigenwoningbezit, is: 10 jaar. ### Artikel 2 Het percentage van de toetsrente, bedoeld in artikel 26, eerste lid, van de Wet bevordering eigenwoningbezit, bedraagt: 3,6. ### Artikel 3 De financieringslastnorm, bedoeld in artikel 29, eerste lid, Wijziging van de ### Artikel 6 Wijzigt de Wet bevordering eigenwoningbezit. ### Paragraaf 3. Koopsubsidieplafond ### Artikel 7 Het bedrag, bedoeld in artikel 6, zesde lid, onderdeel a, van de Wet bevordering eigenwoningbezit is voor het jaar 2025: € 0. ### Paragraaf 4. Slotbepalingen ### Artikel 8 De Regeling koopsubsidiegrenzen en koopsubsidieplafond 2024 wordt ingetrokken. ### Artikel 9 Deze regeling treedt in werking met ingang van 1 januari 2025. ### Artikel 10 Deze regeling wordt aangehaald als: Regeling koopsubsidiegrenzen en koopsubsidieplafond 2025.
