Artikel I
Wijzigt het Besluit prudentiële regels Wft.
Artikel II
Wijzigt het Besluit Markttoegang financiële ondernemingen Wft.
Artikel III
Wijzigt het uit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.
Artikel IV
Dit besluit treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip, dat voor de verschillende artikelen of onderdelen daarvan verschillend kan worden vastgesteld.
Artikel V
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit toezicht kredietunies.
