Artikel I
Wijzigt het Besluit prudentiële regels Wft.
Artikel II
Wijzigt het Besluit Gedragstoezicht financiële ondernemingen Wft.
Artikel III
Wijzigt het Besluit gereglementeerde markten Wft.
Artikel IV
Wijzigt het Besluit Markttoegang financiële ondernemingen Wft.
Artikel V
Wijzigt het Besluit uitvoering EU-verordeningen financiële markten.
Artikel VI
Wijzigt het Besluit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.
Artikel VII
Dit besluit treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip dat voor de verschillende artikelen of onderdelen daarvan verschillend kan worden vastgesteld.
Artikel VIII
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Wijzigingsbesluit financiële markten 2022.
