Aanwijzingsbesluit toezichthouders cosmetische producten
Artikel 1
Met het toezicht op de naleving van het Warenwetbesluit cosmetische producten 2011 zijn mede belast de ambtenaren van de Inspectie gezondheidszorg en jeugd.
Artikel 2
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van 1 januari 2012.
Artikel 3
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Aanwijzingsbesluit toezichthouders cosmetische producten.
