Besluit erkenning geschilleninstantie Wet op het financieel toezicht
Artikel 1
de Stichting Klachteninstituut Financiële Dienstverlening wordt erkend als geschilleninstantie als bedoeld in artikel 4:17, eerste lid, onderdeel b, van de Wet op het financieel toezicht.
Artikel 2
Dit besluit treedt in werking op 1 januari 2007.
