Protocol 2, gehecht aan de Universele Auteursrecht-Conventie, zoals herzien te Parijs op 24 juli 1971, inzake de toepassing van de Conventie op werken van bepaalde internationale organisaties
Artikel 1
(a). The protection provided for in Article II (1) of the 1971 Convention shall apply to works published for the first time by the United Nations, by the Specialized Agencies in relationship therewith, or by the Organization of American States.
(b). Similarly, Article II (2) of the 1971 Convention shall apply to the said organizations or agencies.
Artikel 2
(a). This Protocol shall be signed and shall be subject to ratification or acceptance, or may be acceded to, as if the provisions of Article VIII of the 1971 Convention applied hereto.
(b). This Protocol shall enter into force for each State on the date of deposit of the instrument of ratification, acceptance or accession of the State concerned or on the date of entry into force of the 1971 Convention with respect to such State, whichever is the later.
