Regeling aanwijzing volkenrechtelijke organisaties in Nederland

Artikel 1

Als volkenrechtelijke organisatie bedoeld in artikel 14, eerste lid, van het Besluit uitbreiding en beperking kring verzekerden volksverzekeringen 1999 en artikel 7, eerste lid, van het Besluit uitbreiding en beperking kring verzekerden werknemersverzekeringen 1990 worden aangewezen:

    1. de Verenigde Naties:

International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR);

United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP);


d.
United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR);

United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization-International Institute for Infrastructural, Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering, Institute for Water Education (UNESCO-IHE);

Artikel 2

De regeling van de Staatssecretaris van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid en de Staatssecretaris van Welzijn, Volksgezondheid en Cultuur van 21 augustus 1991, Stcrt. 167, wordt ingetrokken.

Artikel 3

Deze regeling treedt in werking met ingang van de tweede dag na de dagtekening van de Staatscourant waarin zij wordt geplaatst.

Artikel 4

Deze regeling wordt aangehaald als: Regeling aanwijzing volkenrechtelijke organisaties in Nederland.
