Implementatiebesluit richtlijnen accijns 2023
Artikel I
Wijzigt het Uitvoeringsbesluit accijns.
Artikel II
Wijzigt het Uitvoeringsbesluit verbruiksbelasting van alcoholvrije dranken.
Artikel III
Wijzigt het Besluit brandstoffen luchtverontreiniging.
Artikel IV
Wijzigt het Besluit energie vervoer.
Artikel V
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van 13 februari 2023. Indien het Staatsblad waarin dit besluit wordt geplaatst, wordt uitgegeven na 12 februari 2023, treedt het in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin het wordt geplaatst en werkt het terug tot en met 13 februari 2023.
Artikel VI
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Implementatiebesluit richtlijnen accijns 2023.
