Dagelijkse sync via SRU-interface

Done. Dagelijkse sync is operationeel:

  • sync.py: vergelijkt SRU catalogus met lokale staat, downloadt + parsed delta's, commit + push
  • daily-sync.sh: wrapper met lockfile, auto-clone…
