### Artikel I
Wijzigt het Besluit Gedragstoezicht financiële ondernemingen Wft.
### Artikel II
Wijzigt het Besluit Markttoegang financiële ondernemingen Wft.
### Artikel III
Wijzigt het Besluit bestuurlijke boetes financiële sector.
### Artikel IV
Wijzigt het Besluit bekostiging financieel toezicht 2019.
### Artikel V
Dit besluit treedt in werking op het tijdstip waarop de Implementatiewet richtlijn kredietservicers en kredietkopers in werking treedt.
### Artikel VI
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Implementatiebesluit richtlijn kredietservicers en kredietkopers.
