# Vaststellingsbesluit Hersendoodprotocol
### Artikel 1
Het Hersendoodprotocol, bedoeld in artikel 15, eerste lid, van de Wet op de orgaandonatie, wordt vastgesteld overeenkomstig de bijlage bij dit besluit.
### Artikel 2
Dit besluit treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip.
